Hey Noufal:
Few topics to pick for discussion
- What are the barriers for CBSE/others affiliated schools for teaching
Python? Are enough teachers available to teach the same as part of
Curriculum now ?
- Educating/Training teachers/faculty is more important as to establish the
base & motivating them.
- Should Curriculum focus on teaching fundamentals of programming & its
application rather than much on python?
- Python as a language to learn the basics of programming for the student
not wanting to program for a career!
- Why Python doesn't' restrict a beginner to extend and implement his
learning to broader set of applications.
- How teaching Python can help attract those students who ran away from
programming ?
- Why C/C++ or similar languages is not the FIRST language to start
learning programming ! or the other way ..?
- Ease of "Web Development using Python" and the available resources for
getting started..?
- Future of Python in education?
- What is the feedback of STUDENTS from other Countries where Python is
part of Curriculum ?
- No particular language should be enforced, should Open to all languages
and Choice depends on Students ?
- How Community is helping through Python workshops to teach and train
students and Teachers / faculty ..?
- Using Raspberry Pi and Python and other such similar stuff can excite
students and build interest !
- Open Source and Python bonding is helpful as a echo system to be IN !!
- Education in INDIA is different from other countries and implication of
introduction of Python in INDIA is helpful ?
- Teaching Python to Students with Visual Impairments (Blindness/Low
Vision) : Ease?
- Examples in INDIA and the Pythonists who are the SUCCESS stories
- What are the Challenges / how to Convince Schools the importance to
teach Kids to Code? and In Python?
- Why Complicate things ?
Thanks!
