[Inpycon] Keynote speakers for PyCon India 2013

This is my take away from the discussion. I'm going to ask the people in
this list and based on availability invite the first two. 

1. Hilary Mason  
2. Armin Ronacher
3. Kenneth Reitz 
4. Alex Gaynor   

Any objections? Would it be a good idea to invite someone from the PSF?
Steve Holden or Van Lindberg as well?

I'm planning to send the emails at the end of the week.
