Why can't we use the small rooms for the tutorials? Can't they
accomodate 20 people?

So, 5 tutorial tracks then? One morning session and one afternoon
session. Is that the plan?

I think that's better. Let's not compromise on quality due to budget
problems. But since we've already booked the venue, is the money factor
*that* important?

Sounds good to me but if we have a cash crunch, I think raising it to
2k will work too.
