[Inpycon] Need to update our website

At this point the homepage of our website is still a large banner that
takes most of the screen size.  As the talks are finalized we need to
update it with details such as the photos and description of the keynote
speakers, links to schedule etc.
Also, it will be helpful if we can have sorting/filtering options for the
table that lists accepted talks based on each column title. I have a hard
time separating the tutorials, advanced talks etc. to plan which all I need
to attend.
