[Inpycon] Volunteer Required for managing website content

Hi,
I just happened to notice that the pycon2012 website looks very bad on IE!
The top blue bar is not seen and the header text looks garbled. I just hope
it is a one off issue with my version of IE! Maybe the vols can test it on
IE, just in case?
