This came up last time as well and was a feedback many speakers
gave I think. Also in 2010.

Yes, we should provide tickets to speakers on a very nominal rate
or if it makes sense, waive it down to zero.

Assuming around 30 speakers (max ?) and assuming every speaker
does early bird, we stand to loose around 18K with this. Round it
off to 20K.
