We are planning to record videos on various FOSS topics with various speakers.
We bought a digital video cam.

Need suggestions on how to record the videos?

How to record the projector output and the speaker?
What are the hardware and cables we require?
How to add a small box in the video to show the speaker?

What is the software you use to mix the videos?
