Excellent. I presume there will be someone "in charge" of the
tutorials. i.e. Making sure that good quality materials are received in
advance etc.

We'll have to clarify how people can register for these then. First come
first serve is an option. We'll also have to cap attendance if we want
the people who do attend to get something out of this. I think the
website will need some enhancements as well to accommodate this.
