    Our talk sessions came to an end

    Then we discussed regarding Pycon 2011

    The attendees got a printed copy of checklist for holding Pycon India  2011

    We discussed with the following factors

        1. Active Volunteers

        2. Venue:

                Following venues are considered

                    a. Anna University
                    b. MIT
                    c. IIT
                    d. Rajalakshmi Enginnering College
                    e. Crescent Engineering College
                    f. Jaya Engineering College
                    g. SRM City / Main Campus

        Most of them didnt opt for Government Institutions

        Among the seven we shortlisted to approach

                    a. Rajalakshmi Engineering College
                    b. Jaya Engineering College
                    c. SRM City / Main campus

        We decided to fix the venue within December with the help of volunteers

        3. Number of Days

            Most of the attendees opted for a two day event

            A question was raised What about the beginners track ? (
Day one if it's a three day event )

            Then we came up with an idea to conduct a workshop (for
newbies) in Colleges around Chennai

            We fixed a target to conduct a workshop in 10 colleges
(atleast) in next 10 months

        7. Scheduling of talks

Atlast all the attendees are asked to join inpycon mailing list ( to
discuss Pycon India 2011 )
