[Inpycon] PyCon India 2010 venue : MSRIT vs. RVCE

The traffic and road is not a major point but it is an issue and an
accessible venue is better than an inaccessible one regardless of
where you're coming from. There will be some amount me running to the
college that needs to be done before the event and it will help if the
roads are good. Availability of small restaurants etc. Near the venue
is a good thing as well. Your points Kausik are very valid. I'm not
*as* convinced about the enthusiasm of msrit as Rv but anil and the
others seem upto it.
