[Inpycon] Meeting minutes

Hi All.
Could not make it as was struck in a over stretched meeting. Will follow up
with MSRIT on the wifi stuff. Also will be ready to take lead role in
organising weekend courses in colleges.
Please let me know who others are available to be the mentors.
