[Inpycon] Opendevice - Is this a valid topic for PyCon?

Hi Srirangan,

  Yes of course this is a valid topic for Pycon. Please submit a proposal
at http://in.pycon.org/2010/cfp right away.

I have discussed this in the Pycon CFP FAQ at
http://in.pycon.org/2010/cfp/faq - If you are not sure, submit
anyway.

In this case, I think it is fit for Pycon India.
