[Inpycon] Society registration - mailing the document

Here is what I feel we should do. Please object right away if you feel
there's a problem.

Kenneth - Do whatever paperwork you need to do and send the document(s) by
express courier to Anand Pillai's address (All addresses are here
http://wiki.python.org/moin/Moa_Signees)
We'll get it signed by everyone in Bangalore and then send it to the next
person. I'll keep this thread updated with what's going on.
