[Inpycon] [Wingware] Offer of door prizes for PyCon India 2010

Here's a rather generous offer by WingWare. I don't use their IDE myself
but what do you all think? 50% off on the licenses will still be
expensive in INR I think. However, the door prizes sound swell. We could
simply have a raffle draw and give out a bunch of them.
