[Inpycon] +1 for t-shirt with collar

This is going to be never ending. Everyone will have their own points of
view.

The opinion is going to be somewhat evenly split between the two
options. I don't think it's an issue significant enough to debate and
discuss in this fashion. 

I don't particularly care for either. I think the important points are 
 - The T-shirt should look decent. (market the event after the event)
 - It should be of decent quality (high gsm unlike last times)
 - The cost should fit in the registration fees. 

Based on these, I think a collarless T-shirt is preferable. Let's stop
this discussion now and move on.
