You should try and contact the Indian addresses preferably,
if any. Btw, I couldn't find anything for Apress, so it is ok
if you contact the worldwide address I think.

Regarding Packt, I can take care of it. I am going to sign
a book contract with them so have made contacts there
during the past one month. I guess they will be more
amenable when talking to someone who they are already
familiar with.
