True. I also think outsourcing the registration process to doattend
like the RubyConf guys did is a swell idea. It reduced the lengths are
the registration queue and made things generally a lot smoother. If
early bird people have registered and paid up front, it means that
they just walk in, pick up swag and go on with their business.
