[Inpycon] PyCon Logo decision

I second Anand's suggestion about voting on slinkset. 

However, I feel voting should start once the contest ends- one should get to see all entries before voting for his favourite- fair.

I think we should keep it open for some more time. voting can start right now.

How about using slinkset for voting?
I created a a site and uploaded some logos.

Anonymous voting is can be enabled if required.
I can write a simple webapp to upload images to slinkset automatically.
