BTW Kenneth,
   Can you fix issues 20, 9 and 18 today? That and the menu reorganisation
mentioned earlier in this thread will let us go live. I'll try to get in
touch with Sree to wrap up the remaining CSS bits. I'm hoping that we can go
through the 3 docs this Sunday and come up with final versions we can put on
the site.
