[Inpycon] site ready to go live

hi,

I have reset the database, and as far as I am concerned, we are ready to point 
in.pycon.org to the site. There are still many minor things to be done - but 
no show stoppers. So if you people agree, I will give Anand C the ip to which 
the in.pycon.org is to point to and we can get going.
