Few of my suggestions:

>
> Invitation - PyCon India 2009

Need to mention website in the very second line.

>
> What is PyCon India 2009?
> -------------------------
> Pycon India 2009 is a community conference by the Indian Python user
> and developer community. It is aimed at pythonistas of all shapes and
> sizes. The conference is expected to be a mix of Tutorials, General
> Talks, Lightning Talks, Workshops and Programming Sprints.

First sentence OK. For the second sentence:

It is aimed at Python programmers, enthusiasts, new comers to Python
as well as developers of other languages. The conference is expected
to be a mix of Tutorials and Talks by Experts. There would be coding
sessions in the form of Sprints.

> Who's organizing?
> -----------------
> The conference is being run by the PyCon India Society, which has been
> set up specially for this and future conferences.[Is this being done?]
> The Conference and Society have been initiated by BangPypers - the
> Bangalore Python User Group

I don't know if we have decided on the naming yet. But is it Okay.

>
> Why?
> ----

Well, people don't ask why. So this may wont be required.
We are going to have fun.
Can you please explain to me as 'Why you should have fun'. :)
