little difficult - when one says 'presentation materials' one doesn't know what 
form it is going to be in.

it is possible - only thing is that if presentation materials exist, the app 
was not showing the name of the file. Fixed.

yes - this is because the conference dates have not been entered in the 
database - but it is a bug since it should say 'Conference dates not yet 
finalised'. Fixed.

(note, 'fixed' means fixed in my working copy and not necessarily uploaded in 
the database.
