[Inpycon] Need Clarification about the Pycon meet

Hi,
  I need to know will you provide accommodation,food and other stuffs
for the two days.And is it enough if know the basics.And one request,
if the sessions are arranged in a manner so that the students can
easily understand,then the student community will surely develop lots
of  apps using the power of python.Will you supply any materials ???
