yes - on his conditions of a FOSS conference. Let us be clear that we are a 
python conference and do not discriminate with respect to caste, creed or 
progamming platform. The Chennai proposal comes without strings - a python 
conference. A language conference. Not an idealogical or philosophical 
conference.
