[Idle-dev] Command support request for clear screen

In Editor, <select all><delete>, which is ^A Backspace on my machine. 
For Shell, one can close and Run => Shell if an editor is open. 
Otherwise, there has been discussion at bug.python.org issue 6143.  To 
me, it has lower priority than many other issues.
