[Idle-dev] moving IDLE forward (was Re: IDLE in UK Schools)

In general, it seems that most experienced developers either want a full
featured IDE like Eclipse or PyCharm, or they want something simpler in
which case they go with a text editor like Vim or Sublime Text. Idle can't
(and shouldn't) compete with either of those categories.
