Summary: Default help includes "Visual"

Initial Comment:
On Windows at least, the default help lists "Visual" with
a link to the same place as the Python help (namely
C:\Python23\Doc\index.html). Since most people
presumably don't have the Visual module installed, it
seems inappropriate to have "Visual" in the list (and for
current and future distributions of Visual the
documentation is in site-packages/visual/docs).

I believe you will find that this is because "Visual" is
in the [HelpFiles] section of your

.idlerc/config-main.cfg

Personalized configuration is not lost on upgrade or
re-installation.

The [HelpFiles] section of config-main.def is empty in CVS.
