[GSoC-general] As a GSoC contributor

Dear Mentor,
I'm Achsa, a 2nd yr undergrad student
I don't have any experience in open-source projects But I want to get
started in this ocean of fields with GSOC being first. And with your
immense help, I can achieve that.
The technologies I know: PYTHON, HTML, CSS
I want to take this opportunity to make my contribution to the Python
community so that I could get started in the open-source field with the
existing and upcoming projects offered by Python.
