[GSoC-general] contents of GSoC general digest

dear sir,
i want to improve url libraries with their syntax  as a part of
participation in GSoC 2020 specifically, url request opener etc as they are
a bit complicated to use also add features in them of directly searching
website or url without mentioning its specific type like https (even ftp)
please guide me through this problem
