[GSoC-general] Final Sub-orgs list

If you look at the ideas page, you can see the deadline for sub orgs to apply is March 3. It usually takes a couple of days after that to get the last few ideas pages reviewed and up. Maybe the Monday or Tuesday after is probably a safe bet.

All the sub orgs are listed on python-gsoc.org, the same page linked from our info in Google's system.
