[GSoC-general] New Contributor

[Anubha Maneshwar]

Hello!

This is Anubha Maneshwar, final year student of Computer Engineering from
Nagpur University, India.

I am also organiser of Django Girls Nagpur and founder of Lean in Nagpur. I
am contributing to open source by running a Mozilla Campus Club at my
college.

Please guide me. I am also interested in writing a proposal for PSF through
GSOC 2017.
