[GSoC-general] coala as a sub org

Hi people of python!

I'm the GNOME GSoC admin and the founder of coala, a small little
project around code analysis, making it easier and reduce redundancy.
We would love to be a sub org. Our wiki page has already been cleared
by the grand Meflin so I guess the important part is the links. If
there are any further questions I'll be happy to answer them.
