[GSoC-general] GSoC 2016 Student Participating

Dear Developer,
   I am Abhinav currently working on the python for my project. I am using
python-igraph and would like to contribute more to python. I would like to
know how I can contribute to python by participating in GSoC.  I am
comfortable with the Linux environment and have done couple of patches
before.

Can you help me start for the GSoC Project?
