I recommend asking your (potential) members! If you can push out a survey
with a few different options, let them tell you which appeals to them. If
you collect email addresses you can reach out directly if/when you do
schedule something that somebody would be interested in.

Asking questions like "Would you be willing to assist on the day-of to make
this happen?" also helps gather info on who might be your early volunteers
for new events.
