* consistently - try set a fixed time to meet
* flexibility - don't let flux get you get you down.  "One's company, two's
crowd, three is a party" Warhol said
* fun - it's a balancing act
* example - it's actually how to lead anything
* audience - keep in mind diversity
* Python- duh...but seriously stay on topic
* communicate- find a method and stick with it
* freedom - as in beer. allow expression
* legacy - you will get old, hit by bus, or graduate. Who will take over?
* help - know when to ask
* love - all you need is love
