[group-organizers] pyvideo.org and groups

If any of you have groups that record talks, please feel free to ask Will
and I to index them on pyvideo.org. Open an issue to make requests. We
currently index ChiPy (I'm a local, it's very easy to get information about
the group), and some other groups (when I discover them!). I would like to
include more groups.
