Hi!

Uh, now I understand! In that case perhaps we could rephrase it in some 
way and say that companies cannot make use of "gender, age, sexual 
orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, or 
religion (or lack thereof)" to promote themselves.

This way no individual liberty is limited, what do you think?
