[FoxPUG] New time and place

Hi,

Our [meetings](http://foxpython.tumblr.com/meetings) are now on the
first Thursday of the month. We meet from 7-9 pm in the conference
room in the basement of the [Oshkosh Public
Library](http://www.oshkoshpubliclibrary.org/).

This is part of the new Oshkosh Open Coding weekly meeting on
Thursdays at the library. Come on down any Thursday from 7-9pm. We'll
be there.
