[Flask] Initiating Flask event.

Hello good day, i am Yusee Habibu a 24 years old Python developper, i have
been working with flask for over 2 years ago...  Now me and my team are
planning to organise Flask event here in Niger republic. So we need
guidance on how to go with it and we are seeking for grants so as to have
t-shirt swags e.t.c
