Hello good day, i am Yusee Habibu a 24 years old Python developper, i have
been working with flask for over 2 years ago...  Now me and my team are
planning to organise Flask event here in Niger republic. So we need
guidance on how to go with it and we are seeking for grants so as to have
t-shirt swags e.t.c

A Flask-only event?
Where in Niger?
How long of an event? (2 hours? a full day?)  A "Meetup" or a conference?
How many people do you expect?
Who will give the presentations?
Do you already have a local community you can reach? How many are there in
that community?
Do you have a venue to host the event? How much does that cost?
Drinks/food: Will you provide? How much will that cost?

Sponsorship:
Local business that would like to employ people who come to the event.
Look at the web sites of the other Flask and Python-related events and see
who sponsored them. Contact the organizers of those events to ask to be
introduced to the sponsor.
Especially try to talk to organizers of events "near by". They might have
more insights and contacts than people from distant countries.
