[Expat-discuss] Building Expat

[David Fawcett]

Robert's directions worked well for me.  

It took three tries to successfully download the source file from
SourceForge, so I am wondering if the files were screwed up.  When I
downloaded from CVS and followed Robert's directions, it worked like a
charm.
