[Expat-discuss] help build expatpp on linux

Allan,

I decided to write my own C++ wrapper as well because I didn't want to
waste time trying to figure out the problems with expatpp. 

Your wrapper will hopefully help me improve mine which is patterned on
expatpp and ulxr_expatwrap.
