Summary: Expat did not install expat_external.h

Initial Comment:
When doing a make install of Expat 1.95.8 on an HP-SUX
system, it did not install the file expat_external.h to
the include directory.

Since this is referenced in expat.h nothing would work.

For now, you can copy the file into place. 
 
This has already been fixed for the next release.
