"Suspend/Resume functionality" should be documented
in reference.html.

New API:
- XML_StopParser
- XML_ResumeParser
- XML_GetParserState
- enum XML_ParserState

Small correction - the last API members are called:
- XML_GetParsingStatus
- struct XML_ParsingStatus
- enum XML_Parsing
