[execnet-dev] ending my involvement with and usage of execnet

Hi everyone,

while i was still considering development of/forking of execnet for a while,
i was recently pointed at https://github.com/dw/mitogen /
http://mitogen.readthedocs.io/en/latest/

this library already implements all the bells an whistles that execnet
was missing for me,
many of which we discussed with Holger years ago, but never managed to
implement due to a range of personal reasons.

so i'm going to use it instead of trying to bend execnet into its shape.
