have not yet signed up for one or more sessions. Could you please sign

When you have entered your slot(s), please remove your name from the 
session volunteers list (unless you aren't going to select a session at 
this time, but would be willing to ba available to EP as a "stand-in", 
in which case please append "stand-in" to your name in that list .. so I 
know who you are :-).
