Stuff is Birds of a Feather sessions (people get together to talk 
informally about topics, this can be announced very quickly in advance) 
and other such events.

The idea of the lightning talks is that it's a big plenary session 
though with many people there, and a set of many small quick talks. It's 
a lot of fun.
