Yes there will be tutorials, and the proposed format is 2 hours.  
Tutorials will be managed by the track managers.

There are a certain number of rooms available and thus a certain number 
of slots.  It is up to the to track managers to negotiate on how many 
slots each track gets.

Otherwise, someone needs to step forward and be the track manager for 
tutorials.

You could treat this as one of your tutorial slots, where the topic was 
"Practicial Zope".

Understand, though, that this increases expectations from that group.  
If the only reason they are paying for travel, time away from work, and 
registration is to increase their proficiency, then the tutorials had 
better be pretty good.  This will require more time investment by the 
presenters and also by the track chairs (as oversight).
