People are already making reservations for the hotels... it we are
going to fill every hotel within 50km of Charleroi for the event,
perhaps we could arrange lower rates with some of them, e.g. at least
the ones lcose to the venue ?!

Dear Sirs,
unfortunately your links (at europython.zope.nl) to the hotels are invalid --
or, even worse -- point to a wrong location:
I wanted to make a reservation for hotel ibis near the train station, but the
link goes to ibis at the airport!! I had a lot of luck because i could
immediately cancel my reservation.
Please correct these links -- or *remove them*.
