[EuroPython] Tracks

We haven't really discussed how many tracks to
run in parellel during EPC2004, but I would
suggest that we do as this year, run two Python
and one Zope tracks. That is unless the Zope
community feel that they could fill two Zope
tracks. Personally I only have a marginal
interest in Zope, but lots of interest in most
other Python stuff, so it would feel very
frustrated if I had to miss out on more than
I did this time... :)
